The ALLIANCE OF OHIO COMMUNITY ARTS AGENCIES
... was formed as an association for arts councils, centers, and commissions in 1978 whose
goal was to "build better communities through the arts." AOCAA works primarily to encourage the
establishment and growth of Ohio community arts organizations, and
facilitate communication and cooperation within these organizations.
